Respondent imported a misbranded pesticide device, the SenSci Pyramid Low Profile Pitfall Trap. The product label did not display the EPA establishment number of the facility in which they were produced. Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $3,375 and relabel the products to include the missing Establishment number on the label, as required.
