This administrative settlement agreement and order on consent is entered into voluntarily by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Respondent. This Settlement Agreement concerns the performance of monitoring activities attendant to a remedial action selected in a record of decision dated April 12, 2021 that addresses Operable Unit 2 of the Newtown Creek Superfund site.
