EPA entered into Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent for Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study, for the Magna Metals Superfund Site with a former Site owner/operator, and a former Site operator, for the performance of a Remedial Instigation and Feasibility Study (RI/FS). The RI/FS will examine contamination related to a former residential lighting manufacturing facility in Cortlandt Manor, New York. The work is valued at $1.8 million.
