Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) in settlement of an enforcement action initiated against the Respondents for violations to Sections 301(a) and 402(p) of the CWA during the construction of the Mirador del Sol residential construction project. Respondents failed to apply and obtain NPDES permit coverage for the stormwater discharges from small construction activities at the project, and the unlawful discharge of pollutants from the project into an unnamed creek, Ci�naga de Cueva and the Caribbean Sea. The CA/FO provides for the payment of a civil penalty of $45,000.
