On March 9, 2022, World Fuel Services (WFS) self-disclosed 75 potential violations of EPCRA 311, 312, and 313 across 14 of their newly acquired facilities pursuant to EPA's New Owner Audit Policy. WFS met the conditions of the Policy and all nonreporting errors were corrected by submitting the appropriate forms.
