March 23, 2023 - PETITION FOR ENFORCEMENT OF A TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT SUBPOENA
The United States Attorney's Office filed a petition to enforce a subpoena duces tecum, issued under Section 11 of the Toxic Substances Control Act, 15 U.S.C. 2610(c), and 40 C.F.R. 745.87(e), to Vista Construction Services, Inc., with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The Petition request the Court to issue an order directing Vista Construction Services, Inc., and Benjamin Mendible (owner) to show cause why the Respondents should not comply with the Subpoena or enter an order compelling the Respondents to comply with the Subpoena.
