On 10/7/22, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to Royal Oak Enterprises LLC located in Roswell, GA. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of Section 15(3)(B) of TSCA at three of Royal Oak's facilities in Arkansas. The violations involve failure to submit reports as required under TSCA Section 8(a); specifically, the Chemical Data Reporting requirements at 40 CFR Part 711. The CAFO requires Royal Oak to submit the required reports and to pay a civil penalty of $70,360 within 30 days of the date of filing.
