## Summary

On June 22, 2021, an EPA contractor conducted a CEI Inspection of I-295/Rt 42 Missing Moves. The inspection covered five (5) different site locations all owned by the NJDOT. The Potential Noncompliance Items identified during the Inspection include: (1) turbidity barriers or silt fences not properly installed or missing, (2) dewatering activities near a culvert with no silt sacks or sediment filters, (3) site inspections were not performed on a weekly basis and failed to adequately evaluate the status of the Site, (4) uncovered, overflowing and leaking waste containers, (5) petroleum sheen was observed in several locations, (6) evidence of concrete washout being performed outside of designated areas.
