The importer, Norwigen Industry CO. LTD., attempted to import YIOU Air Purifier (Model: P1802) devices into the United States. The devices contained the pesticide claim block 99.99% of bacteria and allergens and also, contained graphics with the claim 99.99% antimicrobial. Both claims are overly broad and efficacy data was not provided to support the claims when requested. If a website contains false or misleading information, the product may be considered misbranded as defined at FIFRA 2(q)(1)(A), 7 U.S.C. Section 136(q)(1)(A)
