The action was issued as a result of the company violation of the requirements of 40 C.F.R. Part 63 Subpart ZZZZ, the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines, promulgated pursuant to Section 112 of the Clean Air Act (CAA), 42 U.S.C. 7412 (the RICE NESHAPS), and violating the requirements of 40 C.F.R. Part 60 Subpart IIII, the New Source Performance Standards for Stationary Compression Ignition Internal Combustion Engines, promulgated pursuant to Section 111 of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. 7411 (the CI ICE NSPS).
