EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility between March 29-31, 2022, to determine compliance with 40 CFR Part 68. On May 11, 2022, the EPA sent Respondent a Notice of Potential Violation and Opportunity to Confer letter. EPA determined the following violations of Part 68: 68.65(d)(2), 68.15(a)(b)(c), 68.67(a), 68.69(c), 68.71(a), 68.73(d), 68.77(a), 68.79(a), 68.83(b), and 68.93(c).
