SHPP initially disclosed violations via the Agency?s eDisclosure Voluntary Disclosure System on September 2, 2021. SHPP electronically filed a compliance certification statement for these violations on November 1, 2021. Additional correspondence dated July 21, 2022, was sent by a representative of SHPP to EPA requesting permission to release existing stocks of the chemical substance for domestic use. EPA resolved the violations and the release of existing stocks via a Notice of Determination that was issued on October 28, 2022.
