This Administrative Order is issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 6 (EPA) to the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority?s (ABCWUA) wastewater treatment plant and collection system. This Order addressing effluent violations, a reporting violation and a sanitary sewer overflow. This Order requires ABCWUA to comply with the provisions set forth in the attached Order.
