Region 3 issued a Notice of Warning sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide to Ecolab, Inc. of Martinsburg (WV) - On October 14, Region 3 issued a FIFRA Notice of Warning (NOW) to Ecolab, Inc. of Martinsburg, WV for sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide that was missing the directions for use on the outer the label. FIFRA misbranding violations are exempt from EJ screen. The West Virginia Department of Agriculture was alerted of the NOW.
