EPA conducted a virtual partial compliance evaluation of the Facility from September 15, 2020, to September 30, 2020, to determine Respondent's compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 USC 7412(r), and 40 CFR Part 68. The off site virtual partial compliance evaluation was a follow up to August, October and December 2019 ammonia release incidents. EPA determined two violations of Part 68.
