EPA received a citizen complaint about possible illegal discharges from two demolition and waste management facilities. When EPA inspectors attempted to inspect the facilities, they were denied access. The warrant application was filed on December 21, 2022 and the warrant was issued the same day, with effective dates of January 3-13, 2023. EPA inspectors conducted the inspections on January 6, 2023 with the facilities' consent (i.e. without having to show the warrant).
