EPA conducted a virtual partial compliance evaluation of the Facility from September 15, 2020, to September 30, 2020, to determine Respondent compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 USC 7412(r), and 40 CFR Part 68. EPA determined two findings of violation that were responsible for several accidental releases in 2019.
