EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility between June 22- June 24, 2021, to determine compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 USC 7412(r), and 40 CFR Part 68. On April 06, 2022, the EPA sent Respondent a Notice of Potential Violation and Opportunity to Confer letter. The Respondent replied to the Notice of Potential Violation and provided additional information and documentation regarding the alleged violations. EPA determined there were 5 findings of violation of Part 68.
