On 10/25/22, EPA Region 6 issued an ACOC under its authority pursuant to RCRA to Phillips 66 located in Sulfer LA. The ACOC was issued in response to violations of: 1) Notification Requierments, 2) Failure to Operate within Generator Status 3) Failure to Comply with Manifest Requierments . The ACOC requires Phillips 66 to certify compliance. Phillips 66 must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of the final ACOC.
