The Memorandum Of Agreement sets out the intentions of EPA and the other parties to undertake certain actions, including the release and discharge of EPA liens filed pursuant to Section 107(l) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. 9607(l), on real property at the Syncon Resins Superfund Site, located at 77-89 Jacobus Avenue in the Town for costs incurred in performing a response action; the release of NJDEP?s liens; and the release of the Town?s tax liens.
