On 1/3/2023 EPA Region 6 issued an ACOC under its authority pursuant to RCRA 3002 Standards applicable to generators of hazardous wastes to Interstate Batteries located Dallas, Texas. The ACOC was issued in response to violations of: 3010 (a) RCRA 6930 (a) The ACOC requires Interstate Batteries to filed an accurate 3010 Notification and audit their hazardous waste streams. Interstate Batteries must respond to EPA Region 6 by 2/3/23. Facility has already come into compliance and sent in information needed.
