## Summary

As a result of EPA?s September 30 and October 12, 2021 TSCA RRP Records inspections, EPA alleged the following violations at 3 properties located in Kansas City and Lees Summit, Missouri:
	40 C.F.R. 745.89(d)(2) - Failure of a firm to assign a certified renovator to the renovation. 
	40 C.F.R.  745.86(a) and 745.86(b)(6) - Failure of a firm to retain records demonstrating compliance with the RRP Rule, including but not limited to the requirements of 40 C.F.R.  745.85. 
	40 C.F.R.  745.84(a)(1)(i) ? Failure of a firm performing a renovation to provide the owner of the unit being renovated with the pamphlet entitled ?Renovate Right: Important Lead Hazard Information for Families, Child Care Providers and Schools and either obtain from the owner a written acknowledgement of receipt of the pamphlet, or a certificate of mailing of the pamphlet.
