On 1/13/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Carroll Clean of Garland, TX. The EPA alleges that Carroll Clean violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit a pesticide production report for the 2021 calendar year by the due date of 3/1/22. Repeat violations could subject Carroll Clean to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
