On 1/13/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Power Service Products Inc. of Weatherford, TX. The EPA alleges that Power Service Products violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit a pesticide production report for the 2021 calendar year by the due date of 3/1/22. Repeat violations could subject Power Service Products to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
