On 1/13/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Supply Company Inc. of Tulsa, OK. The EPA alleges that Supply Company violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit pesticide production reports for the 2020 and 2021 calendar years by the respective due dates of 3/1/21 and 3/1/22. Repeat violations could subject Supply Company to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
