On 1/13/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Third Coast Packaging Inc. of Pearland, TX. The EPA alleges that Third Coast Packaging violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit a pesticide production report for the 2020 calendar year by the due date of 3/1/21. Repeat violations could subject Third Coast Packaging to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
