On 1/19/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Inova Chemicals of Pasadena, TX. The EPA alleges that Inova Chemicals violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit a pesticide production report for the 2020 calendar year by the due date of 3/1/21. Repeat violations could subject Inova Chemicals to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
