On 1/19/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Calero-Stevens of Fayetteville, AR. The EPA alleges that Calero-Stevens violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit a pesticide production report for the 2021 calendar year by the due date of 3/1/22 for its Kramer Detergents facility. Repeat violations could subject Calero-Stevens to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
