During the week of April 24, 2023, a Final Administrative Compliance Order (Final Order) will be issued to Northcote Cleveland, LLC (Respondent). The AO alleges Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. ?? 147.2903(b), 147.2909 and 147.2912 by maintaining the injection well in a manner that could allow the movement of fluid that contains contaminants into an USDW and by failing to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity. This compliance order requires Respondent to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity, plug the well or convert it to production use. No comments were received during the public notice period.
