During the week of March 05, 2023, a Final Administrative Compliance Order (Final Order) will be issued to Dexxon, Inc.(Respondent). The Final Order alleges Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. �� 147.2903(b), 147.2920(b) and Part I.B. of the permit by maintaining an injection well in a manner that could allow the movement of fluid that contains contaminants into an Underground Source of Drinking Water (USDW). The Final Order requires the Respondent to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of the injection well, plug the injection well or convert it to production use. No public comments were received during the public comment period for the Final Order.
