On January 30, 2023, a Consent Agreement and Final Order was filed resolving violations of the Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule). Respondent agreed that, in settlement of the civil penalty Respondent shall pay a civil penalty of $400,000 and will perform LBP abatement work ($2 Million) over a period of three years.
