On 1/25/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to E4D Technologies of Richardson, TX. The EPA alleges that E4D Technologies violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit a pesticide production report for the 2020 calendar year by the due date of 3/1/21. Repeat violations could subject E4D Technologies to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
