On 1/25/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to T4 Manufacturing LLC of Sugar Land, TX. The EPA alleges that T4 Manufacturing violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit a pesticide production report for the 2020 calendar year by the due date of 3/1/21. Repeat violations could subject T4 Manufacturing to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
