On 1/25/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Virus Armor Cleanse LLC of Fort Worth, TX. The EPA alleges that Virus Armor Cleanse violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit pesticide production reports for the 2021 calendar year by the due date of 3/1/22 for its facilities in Fort Worth, TX and Hitchcock, TX. Repeat violations could subject Virus Armor Cleanse to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
