On 1/27/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Kraton Polymers of Houston, TX. The EPA alleges that Kraton Polymers violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit an initial pesticide production report within 30 days after registration of an establishment. Repeat violations could subject Kraton Polymers to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
