On 1/27/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Yield Rx LLC of Wylie, TX. The EPA alleges that Yield Rx violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit an initial pesticide production report within 30 days of registering an establishment. Repeat violations could subject Yield Rx to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
