On 1/27/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to ONG Consulting LLC of Heath, TX. The EPA alleges that ONG Consulting violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit an initial pesticide production report within 30 days of registering an establishment in Rowlett, TX. Repeat violations could subject ONG Consulting to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
