Consent decree entered requiring the Defendant to compensate EPA for its past response costs related to the Port Refinery Superfund Site. Under the terms of the settlement, the Defendant will be paying $260,000 pursuant to a payment plan in return for a Site-wide covenant without the possibility of reopeners.
