On March 8, 2023, EPA Region 10 settled with Swanson Bark & Wood Products Inc. located in, Longview, Washington for violations of FIFRA. Swanson Bark & Wood Products failed to file their Annual Pesticide Production Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting deadline several times within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. They failed to timely submit reports for calendar years 2018 - 2021. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $1400.
