EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Robert Parkman (Respondent) at the United Water Association public water system in Hunter, Arkansas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Consumer Confidence Report Rule (CCR) as set forth in 40 C.F.R. ? 141.151-141.155 and the Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) as set forth in 40 C.F.R. ? 141.80-141.93. The AO requires Respondent to provide the consumer confidence report and lead and copper monitoring results and public education to its customers within 30 days of receipt of the Order and to submit documentation to EPA and ADH within 10 days of posting.
