On February 21, 2023, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent 'ACOC' under its authority pursuant to Resource Conservation and Recovery Act to INV Polypropylene, LLC located in Longview, TX. The ACOC was issued in response to violations of: 1. Failure to Comply with the Manifest Requirements. The compliance section of the ACOC requires INV Polypropylene to A. Respondent shall certify that it has assessed all of its solid waste streams to determine the accurate waste codes and has developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure that INV Polypropylene, LLC is operating in compliance with RCRA and the regulations promulgated thereunder, including, but not limited to, procedures for: (a) reporting, transporting, and disposing of hazardous waste; and (b) preparing the manifests;. INV Polypropylene, LLC must respond to EPA Region 6 by 30 days from the effective date of the ACOC.
