On March 28, 2023, EPA Region 10 settled with Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition located in Buhl, Idaho for violations of FIFRA. Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition failed to file their Annual Pesticide Production Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting deadline two times within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. They failed to timely submit reports for calendar years 2020 and 2021. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $1400.
