On March 6, 2023, EPA Region 10 settled with United Farm Service, Inc. located in, Twin Falls, Idaho for violations of FIFRA. United Farm Service, Inc. failed to file their Annual Pesticide Production Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting deadline two times within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. They failed to timely submit reports for calendar years 2019 and 2021. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $1,000.
