On March 28, 2023, EPA Region 10 issued an administrative penalty order to TDS Home Services, LLC d/b/a Five-Star Painting of Bellevue Renton, Washington. located in Renton, Washington, for violations of TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Seattle, Washington.
