On 1/27/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to San X LLC for its establishment in Addison, TX. The EPA alleges that San X violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit an initial pesticide production report within 30 days after the first registration of the establishment. Repeat violations could subject San X to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
