From October 24-27, 2022, an authorized representative of the EPA conducted a compliance inspection of the facility located in Pasadena, Texas to determine compliance with the Risk Management Program (RMP) regulations promulgated at 40 CFR Part 68. EPA found that Respondent had violated an RMP regulation and Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA,40 CFR 68.79(a) Compliance Audits.
