On 3/8/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to Pure & Gentle Soap Inc. (Respondent) of Seguin, TX. The ESAFO was issued in response to an alleged violation of Section 7(c) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c). The EPA alleges that the respondent failed to timely submit an annual pesticide production report on or before March 1, 2022, for Establishment Number 69380-TX-1. The respondent has corrected the violation and has paid a civil penalty of $500.00.
