On March 28, 2023, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to Talos Energy Ventures, LLC located Houston, TX. The Administrative Order was issued in response to violations of: effluent violations for 0024-PR, 0103-DD, and 0153-PR; non-receipt violations for 0106-PR and 0153-PR; and, BSEE Inspection Report No. 293001539 for records violations for 0153.  The Administrative Order requires Talos Energy Ventures, LLC to respond to these violations for 0024-PR, 0103-DD, and 0153-PR.  Talos Energy Ventures, LLC must respond to EPA Region 6 by April 27, 2023.  NOTE:  These are offshore facilities and therefore are not EJ facilities.
