On March 28, 2023, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) Administrative Compliance Order (Order) to the Town of Millville, Massachusetts (Town) for violating its 2016 Municipal Separate Stormwater Sewer System (MS4) Permit. The Town failed to submit a Year 4 MS4 annual report that was due by September 28, 2022. The Order requires the Town to submit its Year 4 MS4 annual report within 30 days of receipt of the Order. EPA coordinated with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection on this matter.
