On March 28, 2023, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. ? 1251 et seq.) to Whitney Oil and Gas LLC located in the Gulf of Mexico. The AO was issued in response to DMR effluent violations. Whitney Oil and Gas LLC must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this AO.
